Join our team as an **IAM Team Lead** and enjoy an innovative and collaborative work environment. **What will be your mission on the project?** * Specialized technical support at **Level 2 (N2\)** for **Identity \& Access Management (IAM)** systems. * Resolution of complex technical incidents through **autonomous analysis**, SQL queries, and log review. * Identification of the **root cause** of incidents. * **Team leadership** within the service and coordination with the **N1** team. * Documentation of solutions and procedures for **knowledge management**. * Participation in **evolutionary maintenance** tasks and continuous service improvement. * Application of **agile methodologies**, focusing on **operational continuity**, **security**, and **user satisfaction**. **Minimum Requirements** * Prior experience in **technical leadership** or team coordination. * Experience in **Identity \& Access Management (IAM)**. * Knowledge of: + Active Directory (AD). + Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID. + LDAP (OpenLDAP, RedHat Directory Services or others). + Federation services: ADFS, SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect. + IAM platforms, especially SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow. + CyberArk (privileged account management). * Ability for **autonomous technical analysis**. * Experience in: + SQL queries. + Log review and analysis. **What do we offer?** * **Permanent contract** * **Remote work model**.
