Key responsibilities include: 1\. Be responsible for direct patient care according to the nursing care plan for assigned patients, ensuring their safety throughout the care process. 2\. Make appropriate entries in the patient's medical record. 3\. Prepare necessary materials for each surgical procedure and assist the medical team during interventions according to established protocols for each medical-surgical specialty. 4\. Remain alert to emergencies and critical situations, being able to act appropriately under such circumstances. 5\. Demonstrate consistency and interest in patient follow-up and monitoring, informing them about how care will be provided and any other required matters, respecting standards of excellent quality clinical care. 6\. Respect and maintain appropriate relationships with patients and their families, collaborating in promoting and maintaining a professional and respectful environment. Providing, as well, adequate information and education tailored to their needs. 7\. Promote effective interdepartmental working relationships and work efficiently as a team member to help achieve departmental goals and objectives. 8\. Stay updated on innovations in the nursing field and pursue professional growth and development. Serve as a role model, helping organize and supervise nursing assistants when appropriate, and mentoring nursing students when required. **Requirements** -------------- Minimum 6 months of experience in the Hemodynamics area.
