




CIVIC AGENTS / CIVIC OFFICERS for the Metropolitan Plan to Support Municipal Social Policies 2024–2027. Metropolitan programme for the strategic development of talent and employability, economic dynamism, and territorial innovation. Individuals who are unemployed and registered with the Public Employment Service of Catalonia as unemployed jobseekers (DONO). Minimum 3 months’ experience in customer service. Catalan language proficiency at level B is desirable, as is a valid driving licence. Strong communication skills, availability, and flexibility regarding working hours. Ability to work effectively in a team. FUNCTIONS: Supporting the dissemination/information activities of civic awareness campaigns / Informing citizens about available municipal services and the rules governing civic behaviour / Raising awareness and providing information to businesses about the City Council’s free services for proper waste management and other civic practices / Informing citizens about free municipal services designed to promote good civic practices. Raising awareness and providing information to the general public on correct waste management practices / Monitoring public spaces and reporting detected incidents to the relevant department/area / Providing information and resolving common queries from businesses and the general public / Accompanying elderly persons upon request / Reporting uncivil behaviour occurring in public spaces / Conducting physical presence-based monitoring in problematic areas and critical city locations / Supporting other departments and/or services in tasks related to promoting and maintaining civic conduct in the city. * Experience requirement: 3 months. Minimum 3 months’ experience in customer service within the last 5 years. * COMPLETED FIRST STAGE OF SECONDARY EDUCATION (WITH DIPLOMA) * Competencies / knowledge: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) diploma or equivalent; or a Professional Qualification Certificate (CP) at level 2 in any specialty. Strong communication skills, availability, and flexibility regarding working hours. Ability to work effectively in a team. * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Part-time schedule (6 hours per day) * Gross monthly salary: €1,216 * Additional relevant information: Morning and/or afternoon shifts, including statutory breaks.
