Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support and User Assistance Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for technical issues and to train users. Key Responsibilities: 1. Positive work environment and flexibility We are recruiting a Technical Support and User Assistance Specialist for our office in Lugo. Main Duties: Act as the first point of contact for company users regarding technical matters and serve as liaison between users and the development team. \- Resolve incidents related to Windows operating systems, office software, ERP systems, mobile telephony, and printers. \- Implement and supervise the deployment of internal developments. \- Train users on how to use new features and tools developed by the programming department. Requirements: \- Residence in Lugo or surrounding areas. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical user support or training on Windows systems and office software. \- Clear and pedagogical communication skills with users, and strong teamwork aptitude. \- Basic knowledge of PHP programming and IIS or similar environments; ability to analyze basic code (desirable). Preferred Qualifications: \- Prior experience with ERP systems in corporate environments. \- Proactivity in identifying and proposing improvements to internal processes.
