What will be your mission? Reporting to the Construction Director, you will be responsible for: * Planning and coordinating construction and renovation projects from inception to handover. * Defining project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources. * Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing contractors and suppliers. * Supervising construction execution to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. * Monitoring milestones, controlling deviations, and preparing progress reports. * Managing project changes while assessing their impact on costs and scheduling. * Ensuring proper technical and documentary adaptation for club openings. * Optimizing costs and timelines using efficient methodologies. * Preparing budgets, purchase orders, and economic control of works. * Coordinating testing, acceptance, and final handover, driving continuous improvement. * Providing technical support to operational clubs and renovation projects. What will make you successful at Synergym? We seek a proactive, solution-oriented individual capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Requirements: * Degree in Technical Architecture, Technical Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum 4 years’ experience in retail projects. * Experience in premises between 500 and 3\.000 m² is desirable. * Willingness to travel nationwide. * Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects. * Proficiency in AutoCAD.
