Collaborative and innovative environment with continuous improvement Remote work model English required \+ occasional travel for training sessions We are looking for a **Service Delivery Lead** with a **Senior Frontend Developer / Frontend Architect** profile, specialized in **React and microfrontend architecture**, to lead the end\-to\-end delivery of a strategic service. You will be responsible for ensuring operational, contractual, and financial commitments of the service, guaranteeing quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities* Lead end-to-end service delivery or delivery of a key contractual component. * Ensure quality, efficiency, and SLA compliance. * Manage delivery outcomes and identify improvement opportunities (up\-selling / cross\-selling). * Act as **Subject Matter Expert in Software Design \& Solutions (P4 – Expert)**. * Make key technical decisions and coordinate multiple teams. * Resolve complex issues at team and cross-functional levels. * Foster a collaborative and innovative environment. * Define and implement service improvement and customer satisfaction strategies. * Monitor project progress and adjust planning accordingly. * Interact with stakeholders and gather feedback. * Lead training sessions and elevate the team’s technical level.
