Responsibilities * Managing and optimizing SEO for active client projects * Conducting technical audits, competitor analysis, and defining strategy * Implementing on\-page improvements and tracking results * Analyzing websites from scratch to identify real opportunities and errors * Coordinating with the team and communicating directly with clients Requirements * 1–3 years of intensive SEO work—studying and executing * Experience managing SEO for \+10 projects * Solid grasp of SEO theory—and, more importantly, how to apply it * Residence in Barcelona * Proven experience in an agency or as a freelancer * Ability to analyze a website from scratch—without tools—and identify real errors and improvements * Strong motivation to grow and reach the highest level * Capacity to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously Benefits * Compensation based on value delivered: €25\-30K in the first year * On-site work in Barcelona, at least during the first year * Full-time schedule: 40h/week, flexible hours * Real opportunity for growth and rapid professional development * 100% SEO agency: here you’ll learn from the best, at an accelerated pace * Small in-house team of 10 people—including SEO specialists, designers, and developers: direct communication without bureaucracy * Real opportunity to become a true SEO expert **If preselected, you’ll complete a live technical test:** we’ll show you several websites and ask you to explain what you see, what you’d change, and why—no tools, no script.
