Focus on client relationships and business generation **Senior Self-Employed Financial Consultant** We are seeking **Senior Financial Consultants** interested in developing their activity within an independent platform specialized in **alternative investments**. This position targets professionals with sales experience and a **personal portfolio of clients**, who wish to work with a high degree of autonomy while leveraging a structure that provides operational support, technological tools, and access to investment opportunities. **The Model** The consultant works **independently**, focusing on client relationships and business generation. Investment opportunities are structured through **private transactions with fixed terms**, typically ranging from **3 to 18 months**, similar to short-term fixed-income instruments. The portfolio includes transactions across various areas of alternative investment, such as: * project financing * transactions in sectors such as **hydrocarbons** * opportunities linked to **financial markets** * participation in **corporate transactions or initial public offerings (IPOs)** These opportunities form part of a **diversified portfolio of alternative investments**, accessible to consultants on the platform. **What the Platform Offers** The consultant benefits from a comprehensive support structure, including: * administrative management of transactions and contracts * legal support and client documentation * technological platform for client and transaction management * client portal and investment tracking * branding, website, social media, and commercial material support This enables the consultant to focus on **client acquisition and business generation**. **Income Model** Consultant income is generated from **commissions earned on each investment transaction**. Commission distribution works as follows: * the consultant receives **75% of the commission generated per transaction** * the platform retains the **remaining 25%** for access to infrastructure, investment opportunities, and operational support Once the consultant exceeds **€1 million in annual fundraising**, the commission split improves: * **80% for the consultant** * **20% for the platform** Typical transactions range between **€10,000 and €20,000 per investment**, though amounts may be higher depending on the client’s profile. **Requirements** * Experience in **financial advisory or investment marketing** * **Personal portfolio of investor clients** * Commercial profile with **client acquisition capability** * **MiFID II certification**, or ability to obtain it within the next 6 months **Minimum Target** Approximate minimum annual fundraising target: **€120,000**.
