We are looking for: **Reconciliations Support Analyst (CSA Level 1)** **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide operational support to the CSA team in the Reconciliations area, ensuring proper functioning of processes. * Monitor, log, and track incidents within the Global Reconciliations Product. * Execute queries on Oracle and SQL Server databases for analysis and issue resolution. * Review and analyze Shell scripts to identify critical points and assist in corrections. * Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure operational continuity of reconciliation processes. **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * More than 2 years of experience in technical support or analysis roles within reconciliation processes or similar environments. * Intermediate-level PL/SQL. * Intermediate-level SQL Server. * Intermediate-level Shell Scripting. * Basic-level Java. * English B2 or higher. **Desirable:** * Prior experience with financial reconciliation products or solutions. * Familiarity with incident management tools (Jira, ServiceNow, or others). * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Experience in Level 1/CSA support. **We Offer:** * Permanent contract with competitive salary * Flexible work arrangement and possibility of remote work. * Personalized career plan and continuous training (certifications, English, etc.). * Participation in stable projects with strong technical components. * Flexible working hours and focus on work-life balance. * Social benefits tailored to your needs.
