




I need a hands\-on technician who can spend time at our Alcobendas office providing both Level 1 and Level 2 support in flawless English and Spanish. You will be the first point of contact for user tickets—handling basic troubleshooting, software installation and account creation—while also taking care of deeper tasks such as network configuration, server maintenance and scheduled software updates. Our environment is a mixed stack: Windows 10/11 laptops, Office 365 and Azure services on the Microsoft side, plus a healthy fleet of Macs, iPhones, iPads, iTunes deployments and JAMF management. You’ll also keep everyday peripherals—printers, scanners, dock stations—running smoothly. Because this is onsite work, punctuality and a friendly desk\-side manner matter as much as technical skill. I’m looking for someone who can communicate clearly with local staff, close tickets efficiently in our help\-desk tool, document fixes for future reference and escalate only when truly necessary.
