At Managing Composites we are looking for a Junior Marketing and Communicationts Specialist who is ready to learn about our Marketing department and bring power to the team. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in sharing our vision with the world: As Marketing \& Comunications Specialist you will play a key role in the department, creating strategies, optimizing, designing advertising campaigns, briefing them and analysing and following the content planning. * Building a strong Social Media presence. * Working closely with the team. * Collaborate on campaigns, create engaging content, support design and audiovisual projects. * Help strengthen our brand presence across channels. * Actively participate in coordinating and executing evets and special occasions. * Support the digital marketing department's initiatives with reporting, KPI's insights generation and further recommendations. * Support and participate in key meetings. **Requirements** * Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree. * Knowledge of MS Office programs (e.g. Excel), Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva and other video editing tools such as Capcut. * Fluent written and verbal communication in English (Level \- C1 or higher). * Fluent written and verbal communication in Spanish (Level – B2 or higher). * Skills in time management and project management are valued.
