ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: \- Law Degree. \- Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written. \- Vocation for practicing law and eagerness to grow professionally. \- Proactive, responsible individual with strong learning capacity. \- Residence in the comarca of Osona. \- Personal vehicle (mandatory). DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS: \- Master’s degree or additional training in Labor Law and Social Security. \- Currently enrolled in or having completed the Master’s Program for Access to the Legal Profession. \- Passed the bar admission examination. EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS: \- Temporary contract (6 months), with possibility of extension. \- Full-time position. \- Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 9:00–14:00 and 15:30–18:30; Friday: 9:00–15:00. \- Location: Vic (08500). \- Gross monthly salary: €1,184 (14 payments). The selected candidate will support the legal department and carry out, among others, the following duties: \- Drafting and reviewing legal documents. \- Case file analysis and research of doctrine, legislation, and case law. \- Development of legal strategies under supervision of senior lawyers. \- Attendance at conciliations and low-complexity negotiations. \- Client service for the labor law department. \- Filing cases before official bodies and attending meetings outside the office. \- Monitoring procedural deadlines and coordination with court agents. \- Providing answers to legal queries across various branches of law. * Law Degree * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Availability of personal vehicle * Driver’s license: B * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 1184
