Coordination of events and support for hired personnel EIP International Business School is currently conducting a search for young talents to work with top national/international companies in the **HR** sector. · Full execution of nationwide recruitment processes. · Posting job offers, screening CVs, conducting interviews. · Direct contact with hired personnel to resolve incidents or answer inquiries. · Managing any changes requested by clients. · Settlement of various assignments, including total costs. · Evaluation of candidates’ knowledge, social skills, experience, and relevant competencies. · Management and expansion of the internal recruitment database. · Monitoring the onboarding process of newly hired candidates. · Coordination of events and route planning, if necessary. · Administrative tasks arising from the position.
