If you are motivated by working with data, understanding how a healthcare organization operates, and being part of a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you. **Objective:** Support the review and maintenance of actual and budgeted economic and management systems to ensure the availability, quality, security, and timeliness of economic and management information in accordance with company guidelines and center procedures, enabling decision-making to achieve business objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct monthly analytical, budgetary, and management analysis and reporting, including monitoring and evaluation of profitability and margins. * Support the annual budget planning process: objectives, short- and medium-term programs. * Support the development and approval of financial statements such as balance sheets and profit/loss statements. Analyze variances in accounts, ratios, revenues/expenses, and investment analyses. * Coordinate with Nursing Management, Maintenance, Procurement, and Hospital Management to identify priority investment needs at the center through detailed analysis of their justification and profitability. Once determined, coordinate with the Procurement Department for request, receipt, and accounting control and tracking of proper implementation. * Develop and monitor internal audit programs to ensure internal financial controls. Supervise annual financial audits and other audits. * Review contracts with medical teams and the provision/payment of medical fees. * Serve as liaison between the Hospital and the Shared Services Center (Centralized Accounting Department).
