For our Credit Risk Management business area based in Madrid, we are currently seeking to hire, with immediate effect, a **Junior Credit Officer (m/f/d)** ================================= **Your tasks** -------------- * Ongoing processing and monitoring of a portfolio consisting of French borrowers, in particular local regional governments and certain public institutions such as hospitals Preparation of annual reviews, including recommendations * Conducting internal ratings using an internal rating model as part of annual credit risk monitoring or on an ad hoc basis * Collaboration in implementing the bank's credit risk strategy for the assigned exposures for existing business * Collaboration in implementing all regulatory and internal requirements and process instructions for the corresponding sub\-portfolio * Support with customer inquiries/ oral communication and written correspondence with customer in French language * Monitoring of current market developments and considering industry trends and actions by major rating agencies, as well as current political developments in the analysis **How to convince us** ---------------------- * Bachelor's and master's degrees in economics/finance/law or comparable education * Knowledge of and interest in financial analysis (including preferably public sector accounting standards in France) * Initial practical experience in the financial sector, ideally in financial and credit risk analysis Analytical thinking skills * Good knowledge of MS Office * Very good written and spoken English and French, as well as good German skills (desirable) **Our values** -------------- We live our values and expect the same attitude from our employees.
