At PwC, we are seeking a professional **Passionate about Talent Acquisition and Attraction** for our Human Capital team. With **1 to 4 years of experience** in the following areas: * Managing recruitment processes for Junior and Senior profiles within high-volume hiring departments * Identifying client needs and profile requirements with internal clients * Publishing job postings * Experience in direct candidate sourcing * Attending university presentations as well as national-level university career fairs * Screening and conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews * Managing onboarding of new employees **Required Competencies:** * Ability to work autonomously. * High level of English proficiency. * High level of Excel proficiency. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Excellent high-level communication skills. * Planning ability and commitment to quality in work. * Teamwork. * High tolerance for pressure
