We operate across 56 countries and have over 620 professionals in Spain. **MISSION** As a Guarantee Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers’ needs are met and/or exceeded within agreed terms. Your purpose will be to provide assistance and technical support to customers and corporate groups on matters related to International and Domestic Guarantees. **WHAT YOU’LL DO** Process guarantees issued on behalf of the Bank’s clients or other branches/subsidiaries/correspondents. Provide assistance and technical support to customers and corporate groups on matters related to International and Domestic Guarantees. Verify that all required approvals (from Credit Risk, Compliance, and Legal) are in place before proceeding with customer requests. Process guarantee expirations and follow up with branches, correspondents, and customers to ensure smooth release of guarantee instruments. Assist the Billing and Fees Officer as needed. **WHAT YOU’LL BRING** Solid understanding of guarantee products and specific regulations (URDG, ISP, UCP…). Knowledge of general and guarantee-specific accounting standards. Systems and process skills: Word/Excel, SWIFT. English, level C1.
