The organisation is building a world\-class hospitality platform that connects extraordinary hotels with discerning travellers, global travel advisors, and premium booking channels. **Role Overview** The Global Distribution \& Partnerships Executive will lead the development and management of hotel partnerships across the Mary Dinah Hotel Collection. This role is responsible for onboarding new hotel partners, managing contractual agreements, and ensuring seamless integration into global distribution systems. The Executive will oversee GDS connectivity, rate loading, and inventory management while maintaining strong relationships with hotel leadership teams, including General Managers and Directors of Sales. This role requires a commercially minded hospitality professional with strong expertise in luxury hotel distribution, contracting, and global reservation systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead global hotel partnerships and onboarding for the Mary Dinah Hotel Collection. * Identify and secure partnerships with ultra\-luxury hotels and resorts aligned with the collection’s brand positioning. * Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, commission structures, and distribution terms. * Oversee Amadeus/GDS setup, rate loading, and channel management to ensure seamless distribution. * Maintain accurate commission, rate, and inventory structures across all distribution channels. * Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel General Managers, Directors of Sales, and revenue leaders. * Monitor market performance, pricing trends, and occupancy patterns to inform distribution strategy. * Ensure operational accuracy and consistency across booking systems and partner platforms. * Collaborate with internal teams to support partner success and maximise hotel performance within the collection. **Qualifications \& Experience** * Proven experience working with Amadeus or other Global Distribution Systems (GDS). * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury hotel partnerships, sales, revenue management, or distribution. * Strong knowledge of hotel contracting, commission structures, and global distribution channels. * Demonstrated experience negotiating agreements with luxury hospitality partners. * Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills. * Experience working within international luxury hotel markets is highly desirable. * Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote support team. **Skills \& Attributes** * Strong commercial acumen with a high level of attention to detail. * Self\-starter with a proactive and solutions\-oriented mindset. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * High level of professionalism and credibility with senior hotel executives. * Strong organisational and project management capabilities. * Passion for hospitality and global luxury travel. **What We Offer** * A high\-visibility role within a growing global luxury hospitality platform. * Opportunity to shape and expand a world\-class hotel collection. * Exposure to leading luxury hotel networks and high\-net\-worth travel markets. * Competitive market\-based salary with performance incentives tied to hotel onboarding and distribution success. **How to Apply** Interested candidates should send their CVs to **sc@marydinahfoundation.org** by **March 25, 2026**, using **Global Distribution \& Partnerships Executive** as the subject line.
