You will have the opportunity to participate in transformation projects across diverse sectors, including Telecommunications, Automotive, Consumer Goods, Energy, etc. We primarily deliver corporate function transformation programs for companies, focusing on the Finance and Management Control function—supporting the transformation of Integrated Planning processes (strategic, business, financial), scenario analysis and generation, predictive modeling, investment valuation, design and implementation of digital reporting models, analytical models, and cost-allocation models, among others. You will join the team as a Senior Consultant. You will lead tasks as a subject-matter expert in projects, be responsible for coordinating the work of more junior colleagues within the project, and manage delivery timelines. At this stage, excellence in deliverable quality, value-added contribution, client interaction and trust level, and holistic oversight of project status are essential. **What do you need to know?** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) and/or Economics, or in Engineering/Advanced Engineering. * Minimum 2–6 years of experience in finance, strategy, and transformation consulting, delivering projects similar to those described above. * Prior experience in Telecommunications, Automotive, Consumer Goods, or Energy sectors is desirable. * Knowledge of financial tools. * Interpersonal skills for people management and adaptability to diverse environments. * Proven experience in project leadership and team management. * Strong analytical capability, problem-solving skills, and autonomy. * Fluent English (minimum C1 level) is mandatory.
