In an exclusive environment prioritizing each guest’s experience, you will provide therapeutically effective services with exceptional attention. You will be responsible for applying manual massage techniques to relieve muscular tension, fascial restrictions, and soft-tissue discomfort, thereby enhancing guests’ overall wellbeing. **Freelance position.** **Responsibilities:** * Conduct basic physical assessments of guests to tailor treatments accordingly. * Perform therapeutic, decontracting, relaxing, or sports massages based on guest needs. * Apply advanced manual techniques: joint manipulations, soft-tissue mobilization, among others. * Adapt manual techniques according to the guest’s pain level, age, and physical condition to ensure optimal results. * Apply specific techniques—kneading, friction, pressure, gentle stretching, etc.—as required. * Prepare the workspace: hygiene, treatment table setup, oils, and materials. * Record observations and/or relevant information regarding the guest’s stay and treatments in the internal system. * Provide general recommendations on posture habits and self-care when requested. * Deliver service excellence and satisfaction, ensuring each treatment is a luxurious and wellness-oriented experience. * Collaborate with other health and wellness professionals to provide an integrated and coordinated approach to guest care. **What We Are Looking For:** * Minimum 3 years’ prior experience in similar roles. * Qualification in Chiropractic Massage. * Accredited training in at least two of the following therapies: Thai, Shiatsu, Lomi Lomi, Lymphatic Drainage. * **English and Spanish.** *Preferred qualifications:* * Certification or studies in Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, or Craniosacral Therapy. * Training in complementary manual therapies (myofascial release, deep tissue, assisted stretching). * International experience in luxury hotels, clinics, or spas. * Additional languages: French, Russian, or Arabic.
