The person in this role will be responsible for leading Olacar’s marketing and communication strategy, **a company specialized in international talent recruitment within the automotive sector**. Their mission will be to design and implement talent attraction and brand positioning campaigns, ensuring effective coordination of their team and achievement of Olacar’s growth objectives. **Key Responsibilities**: **Planning and execution of talent attraction strategies**. * Design and execute multichannel paid marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, Influencer Marketing). * Design organic talent attraction campaigns (WhatsApp, Email Marketing, Social Media, Job Boards, and other channels). * Continuously optimize campaigns based on data analysis and performance results. **Candidate communication management and communication improvement planning**. * Coordinate WhatsApp messages (Hilos.io) and nurturing strategies in Teamtailor (ATS). * Implement retargeting actions and continuous campaign optimization. * Plan improvements and automations for candidate and technician communication processes. * Develop and execute technician retention campaigns. **Team and collaborator management** * Supervise and coordinate the community management and sourcing teams. * Deliver internal workshops and training sessions on social media, content creation, and digital tools, as needed. * Set quarterly marketing department goals. * Define goals and metrics for the marketing and sourcing departments. **Communication crisis prevention and management** * Design communication protocols to mitigate reputational risks. * Monitor social media and online communities to detect potentially risky comments. * Produce trust-building campaigns (e.g., candidate testimonials). **Requirements** * ***Experience managing teams and external collaborators.*** * ***Digital marketing experience + 8 years of professional experience*** * ***Advanced French (NON-NEGOTIABLE)*** * Knowledge of paid media (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and automation tools (Zapier). * Prior remote work experience is valued. * WhatsApp automation expertise is valued. * International experience is valued. * WebFlow knowledge is valued. **About Olacar** Olacar is a French company specializing in talent search and selection within the automotive sector across multiple countries.
