Communication with users, family members, and public entities **Home Care Services Coordinator** **Job Description:** We are seeking an organized, empathetic individual with leadership skills to coordinate the Home Care Service in Valencia. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and monitoring services delivered by the team of caregivers, ensuring high-quality care for users. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordination of the SAD caregiver team. * Development of work schedules and service planning. * Monitoring of incidents and conflict resolution. * Communication with users, family members, and public entities. * Service quality control and continuous improvement. * Basic administrative management related to the service. **Requirements:** * University degree in Occupational Therapy or Social Work. * Official B1 English certification. * Prior experience coordinating care services (desirable). * Proficiency in office software tools. * Ability to work effectively in a team and strong communication skills. * Personal vehicle (kilometers traveled will be reimbursed if required). **Offered:** * Permanent full-time contract (38.30 hours/week). * Stable working hours (mornings and one afternoon per week). * Integration into a team committed to people’s well-being. * Salary according to collective agreement.
