




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant / VAT accountant with experience in administrative and accounting management, to perform tasks in the areas of accounting, finance, taxation, and labor affairs, as well as project support. Coordination with accounting firms and technical teams A Barcelona-based company requires an administrative assistant / VAT accountant with training in administration, accounting, finance, or related fields, and with experience in administrative and accounting management, as well as proficiency in Excel. A part-time contract is offered, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. Salary: EUR 1,650 gross per month. Accounting and Financial Area • Accounting recording and control • Bank reconciliations • Invoice, collection, and payment management • Support for closings and budgeting • Economic document filing and control Tax Area • Monitoring of tax obligations • Coordination with external tax advisors • Preparation of documentation and deadlines • Support during audits and official requests Labor Area • Administrative labor management (contracts, registrations/terminations) • Coordination with accounting firms / advisors • Incident and documentation control Project Support for Cooperation and Education • Administrative and financial support for funded projects • Control and review of supporting documentation • Budgetary and deadline monitoring • Preparation of reports and audit support • Coordination with technical teams and counterparts MIDDLE-LEVEL VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALIFICATION * Temporary employment contract (12 months) * Part-time schedule (5 hours per day) * Gross monthly salary: EUR 1,650
