Among other duties, and reporting directly to the area manager, the candidate will be responsible for the following functions: * Making calls to patients to schedule appointments with doctors and nurses; managing appointment calendars. * Contacting contracted centers to request appointments, follow-up reports, etc. * Contacting companies or offices to request affiliation data; handling cases of untraceable patients. * Sending and tracking registered letters (burofax); handling cases of untraceable patients. * Providing administrative support at the clinic where the candidate works on-site (e.g., initiating procedures, etc.).
