We currently require an Administrative Assistant for the Admissions Department’s Call Center team. Responsibilities: telephone assistance and information, follow-up of client communications via WhatsApp and email, administrative management. Requirements: \- Education related to Administration. \- Minimum one year of experience performing customer service and administrative management duties, preferably by telephone; experience in the healthcare sector is highly valued. \- Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish; knowledge of a third language—preferably French or English—is valued. \- Availability to work Mondays/Tuesdays 9–14/15–18 h and Wednesdays/Thursdays 9–13 h. Offered: \- Initial temporary contract of 6 months, extendable. \- Working hours at 66% of full-time. Type of position: Part-time Salary: €20,750.00 per year Work location: On-site employment
