Support in purchasing activities and vehicle fleet supervision **Description:** ---------------- A nationally recognized energy sector company—specializing in distribution and installation services across the Valencian Community—with 30 years of market presence, is seeking an Administrative and Accounting Assistant – Purchasing for its headquarters in Paiporta. The selected candidate will join our Administration and Purchasing Department, with the following primary responsibilities: * Recording and monitoring daily financial transactions. * Managing invoicing, collections, payments, and supplier relations. * Performing bank reconciliations and supporting preparation of financial reports. * Filing and organizing accounting documents. * Handling telephone inquiries. Within the same department, the candidate will also provide support to the Purchasing area, performing duties such as: * Supervising and managing the vehicle fleet. * Updating the product and supplier database. Receiving and verifying goods (tools, PPEs, equipment, etc.) * **Requirements:** --------------- * Vocational training qualification (Intermediate or Advanced Level) relevant to the role (e.g., Administrative Management, Administration and Finance, etc.) * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or accounting functions. * Ability to learn and adapt quickly. * Intermediate/advanced level of computer literacy. * Availability to start immediately. * Valid Class B driver’s license.
