The challenge At 011h, we are looking for a Site Supervisor to coordinate and oversee daily operations in the production area, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, safety protocols, and economic efficiency. We seek someone capable of leading the workforce, driving proper execution of processes, and designing solutions that optimize resources and enhance productivity. **Requirements** * Coordination of residential construction works alongside the Site Manager, including concrete structures, timber assembly, bathroom pods, tiling, carpentry, installations, painting, and other trades. * Coordination of personnel hired by the administration (crane operators, skilled workers, maintenance technicians, etc.) and subcontractors. * On-site occupational health and safety resource. * Supervision of access for authorized personnel. * Oversight of compliance with the occupational health and safety plan. * Coordination and tracking of materials required for smooth site operations. * Execution of setting-out surveys.
