We are looking for a maintenance and quality control technician for a tourist apartment company. The main responsibility will be to ensure that all facilities are in perfect condition and operate safely and efficiently. This includes carrying out periodic inspections, implementing the annual maintenance plan, and performing constant quality checks. The technician will also be responsible for the installation and maintenance of equipment, as well as resolving any technical issues that may arise, documenting preventive and corrective actions. A medium-level vocational qualification in electricity and/or refrigeration is required, along with at least two years of experience in a similar position. Practical knowledge in masonry, painting, and plumbing is essential, as well as skills in organization, attention to detail, and teamwork.
