




We are seeking a professional to be responsible for menu planning and design. This includes the careful selection of high-quality ingredients, as well as their proper storage, to ensure the freshness and flavor of each dish. Preparing and presenting Russian international cuisine dishes is a core responsibility of this position. Absolute mastery of Russian cuisine is an essential requirement. Prior verifiable experience is valued, with a minimum of six years in similar positions. Having a personal vehicle and a valid type B driver’s license is required for travel. A temporary employment contract of four months’ duration is offered, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Working hours will be set according to a weekly schedule. Remuneration will comply with the Asturias Hospitality Collective Agreement.
