Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to prepare detailed construction budgets, manage supplier quotations, and provide technical support to production teams and site managers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of detailed construction budgets with itemized cost breakdowns 2. Management of procurement requests and comparison of supplier quotations 3. Technical support to production teams and site managers, collaborating on projects We are looking for a professional to prepare construction budgets in Castellón de la Plana. Main responsibilities will include preparing detailed construction budgets, performing measurements, and itemizing cost breakdowns. The position also requires managing procurement requests and comparing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Technical support will be provided both to the production department and to site managers, actively collaborating in project development. A higher education degree in construction or civil engineering, or a vocational training qualification in the same field, is required, along with a minimum of two years’ experience in preparing construction budgets. Proficiency in software such as Presto or Arquímedes, as well as strong Excel skills, will be valued. A permanent full-time contract is offered. **Experience:** Minimum of 24 months
