Experience in team management and coordination, as well as communication skills and sensitivity when interacting with individuals from Special Employment Centres, is required. Organisational ability, leadership, and capacity to work in collaborative environments will be valued. Main responsibilities include those inherent to the position, among which the following stand out: \- Planning and organisation of services, as well as of the staff under supervision. \- Monitoring, coordination and supervision of the team in carrying out various services (drivers and operators). \- Detection and management of incidents, as well as direct communication and coordination with the client. * Experience: 1 year. Requirements: minimum 1 year’s experience in similar roles, planning of environmental services, and efficient allocation of personnel according to operational needs. Monitoring and supervision of tasks to ensure quality, safety and environmental compliance. Ability to detect and resolve incidents and maintain direct communication with the client to provide information, coordinate activities and address technical queries. Knowledge of waste collection and treatment according to applicable regulations, and use of computer tools for record-keeping and planning, is desirable. Languages: Catalan and Spanish – advanced level. Competencies: problem analysis and resolution, initiative, autonomy, flexibility, organisation, professional responsibility, and teamwork with effective communication. * UNIVERSITY DEGREE * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 2000 * Other relevant details: Annual gross salary: 24,000 €.
