




Job Summary: Cooks are sought to independently and responsibly prepare, dress, and present dishes, while participating in menu planning and inventory management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Independent and responsible preparation of dishes using appropriate culinary techniques 2. Participation in buffet setup and service 3. Inventory management and product preservation Three cooks are sought for immediate incorporation at the Balneario Hotel in Segura de los Baños. A permanent full-time employment contract is offered. Salary will be determined according to the applicable collective agreement, with potential enhancement based on the candidate’s qualifications. Candidates must have at least two years’ prior experience in similar positions, medium or higher vocational training in cooking, a food handler’s certificate, and a valid Category B driving license. Main responsibilities include the independent and responsible preparation, dressing, and presentation of dishes, applying the most suitable culinary techniques. Additional duties include participation in buffet setup and service, kitchen equipment control, menu and menu card planning, inventory and procurement management, as well as product preservation and utilization.
