Comprehensive food management and compliance with health regulations. We are seeking a Cook for Camponaraya, responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supervising all kitchen operations. Duties include developing menus adapted to medical and nutritional guidelines, preparing special diets, and controlling allergens, ensuring food quality, presentation, and portion sizes. The role also involves receiving and storing food, monitoring expiration dates, managing refrigerated storage units, as well as supervising facility and equipment cleaning and maintenance. Experience is required in organizing kitchen staff, coordinating with assistants, and maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards—including waste management and compliance with health regulations. Collaboration with the technical team on matters related to nutrition is also expected. The position offers an indefinite-term, full-time contract.
