We are looking for a professional with experience in civil works to take responsibility for the planning, execution, and technical-economic control of projects in the province of Málaga. Key responsibilities include direct supervision of construction activities, effective management of work teams, subcontractors and suppliers, as well as strict quality, schedule and cost control for each project. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering, Public Works or Industrial Engineering, and have at least 4 years of experience managing and executing civil works. Solid knowledge in cost control, construction planning, contractor management, and proficiency with project management tools and technical software is essential. Leadership, organizational skills, results orientation, strong communication abilities, a valid class B driver's license, and geographic mobility are also desirable.
