**MISSION:** Load coils for our customers according to their requirements and delivery deadlines, ensuring coils arrive in good condition following visual inspection. **Responsibilities:** ROUTINE **Coil Loading:** \* Perform picking with or without transportation (SAP). \* Generate invoices (SAP). \* Print ZPICKPAP invoices. \* Print ZPICKPAP loading certificates. \* Cancel posted invoices (VL09). \* **Modify posted invoices (VL02N):** Remove coils and adjust coil weights. \* **Invoices (VL02N):** Query and print invoices. \* Load coils via VL02N. \* Post invoices via VL02N. \* Check order number during picking. \* Physically load coils onto trucks, ensuring stability during transport (zig-zag stacking). **Coil Removal from Winder:** \* Organize and distribute coils systematically in the warehouse by customer, preferably grouping by quality and grammage. **Removal of Pulper Coils:** \* Remove packages formed both in Dispatches and at the Winder, as well as pulper coils, and transfer them to the Raw Materials warehouse. **Warehouse Inspection:** \* Remove damaged coils from inventory. Other Tasks (SAP) \* Check stock levels using ZMM0011 per warehouse, customer, or quality. \* Review stock, export to Excel, and print. \* **Coil Modifications:** Change customer, quality, grammage, weight, width, or warehouse as required. \* Modify labels or print them. **Forklift Maintenance:** \* Replace and charge batteries. \* Perform forklift inspection/check at the start of each shift; report any deficiencies immediately to the supervisor. 7 Waste Removal \* Load the Compax container. \* Load the Fan Press container. Final Product Quality Control \* Inspect coils to ensure no layers are broken. \* Ensure end faces (testers) are in perfect condition; rotate coils before loading so they are properly captured by cameras. \* Deliver loading certificates to carriers. \* Complete the loading certificate jointly with the carrier after loading is completed, noting any incidents. OCCASIONAL Cut coil samples whenever requested by Quality. Ensure the winder always has sufficient coils pending recovery—maximum 10 coils; if more than 10 accumulate, notify the supervisor to relocate them to another warehouse. Transfer coils between warehouses to improve organization. Unload mandrels when the Raw Materials supervisor is unavailable. Load palletized trucks when necessary or requested. Empty cages from winders and transport excess material to the Raw Materials warehouse.
