Job Summary: We are seeking a Caregiver-Driver to provide support in daily living skills and supervise users during workshops and leisure activities. Key Points: 1. Support functions in daily living skills and user supervision 2. Ability to analyze and solve problems, initiative and autonomy 3. Teamwork, diplomacy and "knowing how to behave" Required: Caregiver-Driver Mandatory: Technician in Sociosanitary Care or equivalent (intermediate-level qualification). Mandatory: Valid Type B driving license with at least 2 years of driving experience. The employee must be willing to drive the Foundation's vehicles. Responsibilities include supporting users in daily living tasks (e.g., dressing, hygiene) and supervising assigned users during workshops and leisure activities. The candidate must demonstrate ability to analyze and solve problems, initiative and autonomy; capacity for learning; organization and planning skills; technical and personal reliability; teamwork; diplomacy; and "knowing how to behave". Offered: - Substitute contract. Full-time position.
