We are looking for a responsible, professional individual accustomed to working on construction sites, capable of performing various masonry tasks within residential, commercial, and other space renovation projects. Requirements * Minimum **3 years’ experience as a bricklayer**. * Demonstrable experience in **comprehensive renovations** and general construction work. * Knowledge and experience in masonry, partition wall construction, cladding, and finishing work. * Ability to perform demolition, surface preparation, and construction execution. * Experience installing bricks, blocks, partition walls, and other construction systems. * Knowledge of plastering, rendering, gypsum, and mortars. * Experience in **tiling and flooring**. * Ability to carry out minor repairs and final touches on construction projects. * Regular use of trade-specific tools and machinery. * Ability to interpret blueprints and follow technical instructions. * Commitment to quality, finishes, and project deadlines. * Compliance with **occupational health and safety regulations**. * Availability for full-time work. * Residence in **Málaga or nearby towns**. * Driver’s license and personal vehicle will be positively considered. * Training in **Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP)** will be valued. * Prior experience with construction or comprehensive renovation companies will be valued. Main responsibilities * Execution of masonry work in comprehensive renovation projects. * Demolition and space preparation. * Construction of partition walls and enclosures. * Installation of bricks, blocks, and other materials. * Tiling and floor laying. * Plastering, rendering, cladding, and mortar-based work. * Surface preparation and finishing execution. * Support during various renovation phases according to each project’s needs. * Maintenance of order and cleanliness at the worksite. * Proper use and basic maintenance of tools and equipment. * Coordination with other on-site team members to ensure correct task execution. * Compliance with the company’s quality, safety, and scheduling standards.
