Achieve high technical quality in applying procedures by interpreting scientific\-technical information (medical prescriptions, analysis processes, quality procedures, manuals, and equipment guidelines). Use technical, human, and material resources effectively and efficiently during operations, ensuring proper functioning of tools and equipment. Make the team a place for exchanging and analyzing professional activities performed. Collaborate in sample collection, handling, and correct identification. Troubleshoot issues related to receiving incorrect samples (duplicate tubes, non-urine samples, incorrect demographic data, missing requests, etc.). Monitor archiving of samples, preparations, results, and records. Collaborate in implementing new techniques. Receive biological samples according to the unit's specific protocol and distribute them according to clinical and/or analytical demands, ensuring their preservation throughout the process.
