If you're passionate about innovation, challenges, and want to work in a dynamic environment where your ideas matter — we want to hear from you!** . **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:** ----------------------- * **Customer Service:** * Telephone customer service for the Iberian market. * Resolving inquiries via internal platform, e\-mail, etc. * Remote support using departmental internal tools. * On\-site technical assistance for installations when issues cannot be resolved through other means. * **Management of Technical Stations:** * Assessing support provided by technical stations (outsourced after\-sales). * Telephone and remote assistance support to technical stations using remote assistance tools. * Organizing shipment and collection of materials for technical station support. * **Training:** * Gaining knowledge of the company's products and the systems they control. * Receiving product, process, and procedure training. **REQUIRED EDUCATION:** ------------------------ * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent * Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Telecommunications **SPECIFIC TRAINING:** ------------------------- * Preferred: Knowledge of air conditioning and climate control * Preferred: Knowledge of home automation * Language of the corresponding market (native or bilingual) * Willingness to undertake occasional trips of 2\-3 days **EXPERIENCE:** ---------------- * Minimum 1 year of prior experience in a similar position .
