Fieldwork Technical Engineering Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural and/or Forestry Engineering \- CAP Controls (Oviedo) **Positions Available** ---------------------- 4 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 4 Technical Engineers or Graduates in Agricultural and/or Forestry Engineering to support CAP controls. **Workplace** -------------------- * Principality of Asturias Address: Oviedo Fieldwork **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Aid for Reinforced Conditionality: compliance with Legal Management Requirements (RLG) and Good Agricultural and Environmental Conditions (GAEC). * Production aid in Natura 2000 Network areas and Natural Constraints Areas (NCA), including livestock headcount on the farm. * Organic production aid: review of documentation on the farm, completion of questionnaires, and inspection of plots in the case of crop farming. * Apple orchard aid: verification of number of feeders, nesting boxes, perches, planting system, and planting density. * Legume aid: verification of certificates and plot inspections. * Eco-schemes, low-carbon agriculture, and agroecology: verification of documentation and plot inspections. * Review of plots with incidents identified through surface monitoring. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the process documentary evidence supporting the data declared in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Required qualification: University degree at MECES Level 2 in Technical Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural and/or Forestry Engineering (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * This position is incompatible with being the owner of an agricultural and/or livestock farm in Asturias that is applying for or receiving CAP aid during 2026. * Physical fitness to perform fieldwork. **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Additional Meritorious Factors** * Proven professional experience in on-site CAP aid controls. * Proven professional experience in field control of cultivated area surfaces using GIS software such as SGAMCC, SICREC, or equivalent. * Proven professional experience as a user of the SGA application. * Proven professional experience in fieldwork in mountainous areas of the Principality of Asturias. * Experience driving off-road vehicles under mountain conditions. **Observations** ----------------- * Offered: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time working hours + Fieldwork + Work commencement in July The application submission period will be open from today, 05/05/2026, until 11/05/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
