This position will provide support in managing various People areas, including personnel administration, recruitment processes, and organization of corporate events. **Responsibilities:** ***Employment Administration and Management:*** * Handle and prepare employment documentation: contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and contractual modifications * Ensure that employee information is up-to-date and correctly stored in systems ***Talent Management and Recruitment:*** * Support the full recruitment and selection cycle: creating and updating job descriptions, candidate sourcing, posting job openings, interviews, etc. * Ensure a positive advisory experience for candidates throughout their professional career at the company ***Employee Support and Advisory Services:*** * Provide support in resolving inquiries related to People processes. * Collaborate with other departments to optimize and improve workflows ***Project Development and Continuous Improvement:*** * Participate in initiatives focused on talent development, engagement management, and fostering a sense of belonging to the company * Contribute to the digital transformation of People through process automation and system enhancements ***Events and Corporate Culture:*** * Support the organization of internal events that foster engagement and organizational culture **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Law, or Business Administration and Management (ADE) * Over 2 years of experience in People operations, ideally within fast-growing companies or consulting firms * Experience in administrative hiring processes, talent management, and employee support * Organized, structured profile with analytical thinking. Excellent communication skills, empathy, and team-oriented mindset * Ability to interact with different levels across the organization and manage trusted relationships with internal clients
