At IGM, a pioneering and leading company in the environmental and forestry works sector with over 28 years of experience, we are seeking Forestry and Gardening Works Foremen to strengthen our team in Madrid. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** * Personnel coordination: Supervise and assign tasks to labor crews. * Maintenance of landscaped and forested areas: Carry out planting, clearing, mowing, pruning, and fire prevention works. * Installation and maintenance of irrigation systems: Ensure correct installation and repair of irrigation systems. * Conduct measurements and verify work progress. * Responsibility for the vehicle used to transport personnel. * Compliance with safety and environmental regulations. * Team training: Motivate and train personnel under your supervision. * Reporting: Communicate progress and requirements to your supervisor. ***We Offer:*** * Immediate hiring. * Stable and dynamic work. * Positive team atmosphere. * Career development plan. * Company vehicle and mobile phone.
