Responsibilities * Advanced administration of DB2 for z/OS environments, ensuring performance, availability, and continuous optimization. * Lead the definition, design, and deployment of Mainframe solutions aligned with client needs. * Analysis and resolution of high-impact incidents, guaranteeing platform stability. * Technical coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper evolution of the Mainframe ecosystem. Accountabilities * Define standards, best practices, and technical guidelines for DB2 for z/OS environments, ensuring quality, security, and scalability. * Drive Mainframe system modernization initiatives, including automation, query optimization, and data modeling. * Manage and provide technical support to teams, promoting appropriate task allocation and ensuring achievement of departmental objectives. * Participate in critical technical decision-making, assessing risks and proposing solutions grounded in advanced Mainframe and relational database expertise.
