Summary: Solidança, committed to the environment and social economy, seeks an environmental and project technician to manage projects, support environmental areas, and develop circular economy initiatives. Solidança is a socially oriented foundation committed to the environment and the social economy, seeking innovative approaches to provide new sociolaboral integration proposals for groups at risk of exclusion and to deliver high-quality services related to integrated waste management and the circular economy. With this objective, we are looking for an Environmental and Projects Technician to carry out document management and proposal drafting for area projects, as well as technical execution of ongoing projects; they will also provide technical support to other areas within the department (environmental education and communication, collection contracts, waste and dumpsite management, waste prevention, etc.) \- Technical management of the entire project cycle, subsidies, tenders, proposal drafting, and document management. \- Monitoring of project and subsidy implementation: justifications, coordination with various departments for proposal development, and direct execution of environmental department projects. \- Direct development of circular economy and innovation projects. \- General support for various tasks in the environmental department and waste management, dumpsites, waste prevention, environmental education and communication, campaign coordination. \- Preparation of reports, educational and dissemination materials for the department, presentations, etc. \- Representation of projects and the organization at fairs, talks, forums, etc. \- Collaboration with the communications department in designing environmental communication campaigns and disseminating projects on the website, social networks, etc. * Minimum 1 year of experience. \- Project management, waste management or similar. \- Motivation to work in socially oriented organizations. * Environmental sciences or similar. * Catalan (spoken and written: advanced level). * Competencies / knowledge: \- Person with knowledge of Environmental Education. \- Proficiency in computer tools (email, telephone, Excel, etc.). \- Planning and organization. \- Communication skills and ability to work in teams. \- Problem-solving attitude and drive. \- Stress tolerance. \- Proactive person, capable of making proposals and developing projects and services, as well as improving organizational management aspects. \- Motivation for environmental and social issues. * Permanent employment contract. * Full-time position. * Gross monthly salary from '1777' to '1974'. * Other relevant information: CONTRACT: Permanent (with a 5-month probationary period). Solidança Foundation. START DATE: Incorporation in March–April. WORKING HOURS: 40 hours/week. SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 08:00–15:30 (mornings) + one afternoon 16:00–19:00. Availability for some Saturdays or Sundays for project-related activities. WORKPLACE LOCATION: Sant Just Desvern. SALARY: €21,321 gross/year during the first year. From the second year onward: +10%, i.e., €23,690 gross/year.
