At Dia, we want to hire a PRL Technician for our ***Málaga\-Jaén Delegation.*** The selected candidate will join the ***Human Resources*** team with the objective of promoting the application of current occupational health and safety regulations, ensuring the development and updating of internal standards for dissemination and compliance. Your ***responsibilities*** will be: * Ensure that the Preventive Policy is known by workers in the geographical area managed. * Visit all assigned workplaces in your management area, at the frequency established by the SPM management, to identify and correct hazardous conditions and/or unsafe behaviors by workers. * Conduct risk assessments at assigned workplaces, identifying incidents and proposing measures for risk control and reduction. * Design emergency plans for workplaces and deliver training and drills. * Advise management and area managers in the assigned zone on occupational risk prevention. * Collaborate on Corporate Well-being Policies, coordinated with the Joint Prevention Service. * Attend and represent the company at summons before labor inspections or other occupational risk prevention authorities in the assigned zone. * Collaborate in judicial proceedings that may arise (administrative, criminal, and civil) following an accident or complaint related to occupational risk prevention.
