As part of the store team and reporting to the Store Manager, your responsibilities will be: * Ensure smooth store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. * Perform store opening and/or closing procedures (according to your shift). * Coordinate and supervise the team in their daily tasks, making adjustments to cover positions as needed. * Place orders for supplies and merchandise, and receive deliveries. * Ensure the availability and clarity of information through signage, wayfinding, floor markings, promotional displays, etc. * Address and report customer requests and preferences. Desired skills and knowledge: We would love to meet you if: - You hold a Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or related fields. - You have experience managing people or serving as a store supervisor. - You possess excellent customer service and client engagement skills. - You enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment.
