Position Summary: We are seeking a restaurant server for our hotel in Palas de Rei, responsible for customer service, dining room management, and service maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Alda Hotels, a chain originating from Santiago de Compostela with over 80 accommodations across northern Spain, requires a restaurant server to join our team at one of our hotels located in Palas de Rei. The main **responsibilities** include: * *Supplier coordination:* Receiving suppliers and daily required goods, as well as communicating with the supervisor regarding all items needing replenishment. * *Dining room setup:* Arranging tables and chairs in the restaurant layout, dressing tables, and placing cutlery, glassware, and décor—i.e., all items required in the restaurant. * *Reservation management:* Taking and recording customer reservations. * *Providing information* about beverages, food, etc.; presenting the menu and offering suggestions beyond the menu. * *Taking orders:* Recording customer requests and relaying them to the kitchen.
