




Posted on: Oct 23, 2025 Category: Hotels Brand: Only YOU Hotels City: Málaga Department: Dining Room and Service (waiters, bartenders) Contract Type: Permanent **Restaurant Organizer** ======================== **Position Mission** --------------------- Responsible for supporting and collaborating with the Maitre in planning, organizing, and controlling all activities and resources within the restaurant department, in order to optimize internal process management and team performance, ensuring at all times service quality and food safety for customer benefit and satisfaction. **Profile Requirements** ------------------------- Education (specify if there are legal requirements for the position): Vocational Training / Technical Certificate in Catering or Hospitality and Tourism; Experience and technical knowledge: Restaurant, hotel, wines, table setting; 3\-4 years of experience; Advanced English and intermediate French or German; Proficient user level in Word, Excel, and Outlook; Other desirable (non-essential) requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Catering or Hospitality and Tourism; 5 years of experience; Additional languages (French or German). **Main Functions and Responsibilities** --------------------------------------------- Coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure an exceptional service experience; Organize workflow among staff, including waiters, chefs, and support personnel, to ensure efficient service; Assist in planning and organizing special events and banquets within the restaurant; Supervise table arrangements, decor, and the overall ambiance of the restaurant to meet quality standards; Monitor inventory of supplies, menus, and materials necessary for restaurant operations; Ensure compliance with cleanliness, organization, and maintenance standards across all restaurant areas; Coordinate with kitchen staff to guarantee timely delivery and high quality of served dishes; Collaborate with service teams to ensure efficient and professional customer service; Assign tasks and shifts to staff in order to optimize service during peak demand periods; Monitor customer satisfaction levels and effectively manage any incidents or complaints; Manage logistics of orders, ensuring a constant supply flow of ingredients and materials for the restaurant; Support the implementation of restaurant policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality control; Prepare daily reports on restaurant operations, including sales, costs, and other relevant operational aspects.
