




From BeFind, Personnel Selection Consulting, we are looking for a **Laboral Area Manager** to join a tax, accounting, and labor consulting firm located in the center of Málaga. Main responsibilities of the position are: * Coordinate the labor team and review payrolls, contracts, and social security filings. * Advise on labor regulations, dismissals, inspections, and collective agreements. * Ensure legal compliance and proper communication with official agencies (TGSS, SEPE, INSS). * Collaborate with tax and accounting departments to integrate labor-related data. What are we looking for? * **High level of English** * Minimum 5 years of experience managing payrolls, contracts, and Social Security procedures * Experience in a similar role within a labor consultancy or handling large employee volumes is desirable * University degree or equivalent. Preferably in Labor Relations, HR, Business Administration, Law, etc. * A postgraduate degree/Master in Labor Law and Social Security will be valued. * Organizational skills and ability to lead teams.
