Your responsibilities will include: * Organizing and planning the department’s daily workload. * Coordinating and supervising a team of 2\-3 people. * Distributing workloads and monitoring production progress. * Overseeing assembly activities and interpreting technical drawings to ensure correct execution of tasks. * Resolving technical issues and supporting the team as needed. * Coordinating with other workshop departments to ensure timely delivery. ### **What do we expect from you?** * Prior experience in adjustment and assembly within the metal sector. * Experience leading teams or motivation to assume a leadership role. * Ability to organize tasks, prioritize work, and make decisions. * Knowledge of technical drawing interpretation and manufacturing processes. * Proactive attitude, commitment, and quality orientation. **Our company promotes equal opportunities, values diversity within our team, and fosters an accessible workplace.
